IBN SINA announces 25 percent dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry has declared 25 per cent cash dividend for the year 2008.

The dividend was announced at the 25th annual general meeting the company held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in Dhaka recently.

The audited accounts, directors’ report and auditor’s report were presented at the AGM for the year ended on December 31, 2008, the company said.

IBN SINA board chairman Mujibur Rahman presided over the meeting while managing director Abu Naser Md Abduz Zaher, company secretary, directors and shareholders were present. The company also disclosed BDT 1.05 billion sales in 2008 which was BDT 266 million higher than 2007.
