IBN Sina recommends 35% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors has recommended 15 per cent cash dividend and 20 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 08.06.2013, Time: 9:30 AM, Venue: Samarai Convention Center, 23/G/7, Panthapath, Dhaka. Record Date: 08.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 4.13, NAV per share of BDT 40.82 and NOCFPS of BDT 5.70 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
