Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The state-run Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) has declared dividends on its eight mutual funds and on the Unit Fund.

The declaration came at the fund related meeting of the board of directors of the corporation in the city on Saturday.

The rates of dividends are 500 percent for the First ICB Mutual Fund, 250 percent for Second ICB Mutual Fund, 185 percent for Third ICB Mutual Fund, 165 percent for Fourth ICB Mutual Fund, 135 percent for Fifth ICB Mutual Fund, 90 percent for Sixth ICB Mutual Fund, 96 percent for Seventh ICB Mutual Fund and 90 percent for Eighth ICB Mutual Fund and BDT 30.00 per Unit on ICB Unit Fund for the year that ended on June 30, 2011.

The rate of dividend (500 percent) declared for First ICB Mutual Fund was the highest among all the dividends so far declared by any DSE/CSE listed Companies/Funds for the Financial year 2010-11.

The rates of dividends for the year 2009-2010 were 400 percent for the First ICB Mutual fund, 200 percent for Second ICB Mutual Fund,, 140 percent for Third ICB Mutual Fund, 125 percent for Fourth ICB Mutual Fund, 100 percent for Fifth ICB Mutual Fund, 75 percent for Sixth ICB Mutual Fund, 70 percent for Seventh ICB Mutual Fund and 65 percent for Eighth ICB Mutual Fund and BDT 26.00 per Unit on ICB Unit Fund.
