According to the assessment, all variations of his deliveries exceeded the 15-degree limit that is allowed as per regulations, reports the India Today.
In accordance to Article 6.1 of the regulations, "Narines international suspension will also be recognised and enforced by all National Cricket Federations within domestic cricket events played in their own jurisdiction, save that, with the consent of the West Indies Cricket Board, Narine may be able to play in domestic cricket events played under the auspices of the West Indies Cricket Board."
Narine was reported after the third one-dayer against Sri Lanka in Pallekele in November.

However, Narine can apply for re-assessment of his action after modifications in accordance to clause 2.4.
The test was conducted on November 17 at the ICCs accredited testing centre in Loughborough University.
