Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The facility agreement of syndicated term loan facility of BDT 435 million for Infinity Data & Power Ltd (IDPL) was signed between Infinity Data & Power Ltd (IDPL) and participating lenders.
GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited, Trust Bank Ltd, Union Capital Limited, National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited, Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited, Pubali Bank Limited, FAS Finance and Investment Limited and IIDFC Ltd financed the project for setting up plant for producing data and power cable at Mohajompur, Sonargaon of Narayanganj.
IIDFC Ltd is the Arranger and Agent of the syndication. Mr. Md. Asaduzzaman Khan, Managing Director of IIDFC Ltd, Mr. Golam Hafiz Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of NCCBL, Mr. Mofiz Uddin Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of FAS Finance and Investment Limited, Mr. Kaiser Tamiz Amin, Managing Director & CEO of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited, Mr. Dilip Chand Dugar, Managing Director of Infinity Data & Power Ltd (IDPL), and other participating lenders along with their senior officials were present in the signing ceremony.
