India urged to simplify visa process

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) on Thursday urged India to simplify visa process for its members.

BGMEA made the request when a BGMEA delegation, led by Abdus Salam Murshedi, met Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pinak Ranjan Chakraborty at his office in the capital, Dhaka. .

In reply, the envoy assured the delegation of simplifying visa process and giving one-year multiple entry visas to garment exporters.
