Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Indian Minister of Rural Development, Drinking Water and Sanitation Jairam Ramesh will arrive in the capital Dhaka on Saturday on a three-day official visit to Bangladesh.
He is scheduled to attend the International Conference on People’s Empowerment and Development in Dhaka where he will address the inaugural session and participate a working session on “Creating Jobs for All.”
During his visit, Jairam Ramesh is also expected to call on the government high-ups, opposition leaders and other dignitaries.
His visit will give a further impetus to the strong bilateral relations existing between India and Bangladesh, an Indian High Commission statement said.
