India’s MCA team arrives in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- India’s Ranji Trophy team Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) arrived in the capital, Dhaka on Saturday to play three Twenty20, three one-day and two four-day matches against Bangladesh A team and BCB XI during their 23-day tour.

The team, coached by Australian Shaun Williams, the former Game Development Manager of Bangladesh, will begin their tour on Sunday with a T20 match against the BCB XI at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladesh national team will play the match under the guise of BCB XI as part of their preparation for the ICC Twenty20 World Cup in June. Bangladesh Betar will broadcast the match live from 1:30pm (local time).
