Indo-Bangla Trade Fair to be held in Dhaka in May

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The second Indo-Bangla Trade Fair 2011 will be held in the city on May 5-7, 2011 at the Ballroom and Foyer of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital Dhaka.

Dewan Sultan Ahmed, Vice President, India Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman, Fair Sub-Committee of IBTF 2011 and Kazi Wahidul Alam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Triune Exhibition and Event Management Services Ltd (TEEMS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard at IBCCI office recently under which TEEMS will act as Event Manager of the Fair.

Speaking on the occasion Dewan Sultan Ahmed, Vice President, IBCCI and Chairman, Fair Sub-Committee of IBTF 2011 said, “We have changed the title of the fair to attract more local companies. We hope more Bangladeshi companies exporting to India will participate in the fair.”
