Information minister says 8th wage board soon

Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh (BBN) – Information Minister Abul Kalam Azad on Saturday said the government is now working sincerely for forming the 8th wage board within the shortest possible time for journalists and press workers.

“Meetings have already been held with the owners and journalist leaders in this regard,” the minister said while exchanging views with journalists here.

Editor of the Daily Cox’s Bazar Mohammad Nurul Islam, President of Cox’s Bazar Journalists’ Union Mohammad Abu Taher and General Secretary Abdul Kuddus Ranaalso spoke on the occasion.
