International film festival starts in Chitagong Saturday

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN) – A weeklong film festival kicks off in the port city on Saturday.

Alliance Française de Chittagong in collaboration with Chittagong Film Center (CFC) will organize the screening of 13 documentary films.

As a part of international film festival, the festival will be arranged in 46 countries all over the world, promoting ambitious contemporary documentary films, a press statement said.

The festival will be inaugurated at 5:00pm (local time) in Alliance Française de Chittagong and the films would be screened at 6:00pm everyday. The festival will remain open to all.
