Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The 2nd Marinetech Bangladesh, an international multi-industrial exhibition on modern ship’s manning, naval education, and shipbuilding technology, will begin at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel in the capital on January 19.
Exponet Exhibition (Pvt) Limited is organizing the 3-day multi-industrial trade exhibition with Pacific Ship Building Limited as the title sponsor and Marine House Limited, the MAS Group, and Haq and Sons Limited as the co-sponsors of the event, the organizers said.
Around 20 industries from Germany, Norway, Denmark, South Korea, Singapore, China, Japan, Dubai, and Indonesia will showcase their latest technologies like shipbuilding equipment, marine coating, marine engines, cables and lightings, maritime education and services, maritime law and dispute settlement, port governance, naval technologies, building materials, and power generation in the exposition, they added.
A seminar on ‘cross-border business night’ will be held on January 20 on the sideline of the expo where renowned companies from home and abroad will discuss their business policies and strategies, Exponet Exhibition (Pvt) Ltd executive director Khairul Bashar told reporters on Sunday.
