Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Intertek, a global provider of testing and inspections, has recently expanded its capacity in Bangladesh by rolling out a new laboratory testing service for agriculture.
The new facility, located in Chittagong, will also support agricultural inspection and testing activities in Dhaka and Khulna, a company press statement said.
Beside inspection services, the new laboratory will provide physical and chemical solutions for agricultural commodities such as rice, wheat, oilseed, sugar, fertilizer and food products such as milk powder and seafood.
The Intertek has been offering a wide range of testing, inspection, certification, and verification services in Bangladesh from 1996.
