Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif arrives in the capital Dhaka on Tuesday night on a two-day official visit.

During his visit, he will meet President Abdul Hamid, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and his Bangladesh counterpart AH Mahmood Ali.

At the end of his visit, he will address a press conference at Sonargaon Hotel on Wednesday afternoon, an Iran embassy press release said in Dhaka on Monday.

The Iranian foreign minister arrives in Dhaka to brief the Bangladesh leadership on the nuclear agreement between Iran and E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the European Union) agreed upon in July 2015.

“Issues related to mutual cooperation is different prospective sectors are expected to be discussed during the meetings/calls on,” a foreign ministry statement said.
