ISNLTD recommends 5% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Information Services Network Ltd (ISNLTD) has recommended stock dividend @ 5% for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 20.06.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) Foundation, 63 New Eskaton Road, Dhaka-1000. Record date: 16.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 0.29, NAV per share of BDT 18.18 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.31 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
