Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The board of directors of IT Consultants has recommended 15 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016, said an official disclosure on Tuesday.

The final approval will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on November 27 at 10:30am at RAOWA Convention Hall Mohakhali in Dhaka.

The record date for entailment of dividend is on November on November 8.

The company has also reported earning per share (EPS) of BDT 0.93, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 19.37 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT (1.69) for the year ended on June 30, 2016 as against BDT 0.42, BDT 18.58 and BDT 1.45 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Each share of the company closed at BDT 47.70 on Monday.

IT Consultants was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2016. The IT sector company belongs to the “N” category.

The sponsor-directors own 51.09 percent stake in the company, while institutional investors own 21.04 percent and the general public 27.87 percent.

The company’s paid-up capital is BDT 870 million and authorised capital is BDT 2,000 million while total number of securities is 87,000,000, according to DSE data.
