Japan keeps benchmark rate at 0.1 percent

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Bank of Japan (BOJ) kept overnight lending rate at 0.1 percent. Bank of Japan maintains cautious outlook despite global recovery expectations prevalent in the financial markets.

The Federal Reserve is also expected to keep interest rates low on a conservative view about US economy, according to reports.
