Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) opens discussion on supplementary budget for current fiscal year (FY) 20012-13 on Sunday amid absence of BNP-led opposition lawmakers.
The House will pass it on Monday after holding a one-day discussion, Chief Whip Abdus Shahid told The Daily Star, a local newspaper, on Saturday.
He also said the legislators will start discussion on the proposed national budget for FY 2012-13 on Tuesday.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Thursday placed the budget for the next FY and the revised budget for the current financial year.
