JSC, JDC exams begin

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations began on Tuesday with participation of more than 1.8 million school and madrasa students across the country.

The examinations started at 2,009 centres across the country under eight general education boards and one madrasa board at 10:00am (local time).

This year, a total of 1861,113 students–861,764 male and 999,349 female–from 27,614 educational institutions will appear in the exams.

The exams will be three hours long. However, physically challenged students will get 20 minutes extra.
