#JusticeForTonu: Bangladesh students calls hartal tomorrow

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Bangladesh students calls a half-day countrywide shutdown for April 25, prostesting the governments failure to find the killers of Sohagi Jahan Tonu, who was murdered in the Comilla cantonment area on March 20.
Progressive Students' Alliance and Anti-Imperialist Students' Union will observe the shutdown call.
Prior to students of Dhaka University brought out a procession at TSC, demanding justice for Sohagi Jahan Tonu.
Sohagi Jahan Tonu, 19-year old Victoria Government College student was raped before she was killed on the night of March 20.
On March 22, police suspected that was raped and tortured before the murder.
In her first autopsy report to not reveal a cause of death clearly.
Later, the second autopsy has already performed after exhuming the buried body adding that some evidence has been sent to the Chittagong chief forensic laboratory for analysis.
The CID are now investigating the case that Tonu’s father started last month after after local police and the Detective Branch probed it for sometime.
The first forensic report which denounce did not find any evidence of rape inside Tonu’s body made the outcry of social media.
