LankaBangla Finance recommends 10pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of LankaBangla Finance has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Monday.

The AGM will be held on March 31, 2013, at 11am at Spectra Convention Center, House # 19, Road # 07, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. Record date: 14.03.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated net profit after tax of BDT 326.30 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 1.77, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 34.18 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT (3.55) for the year ended on December 31, 2012 as against BDT 791.10 million, BDT 4.51, BDT 30.18 and BDT (3.89) respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2011.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
