LR Global MF declares 10pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Trustee of LR Global Bangladesh Mutual Fund One has declared 10 per cent cash dividend, said a disclosure on the DSE website on Wednesday.
LR Global MF considering retained earnings and dividend equalization reserve of the company for the year ended on September 30, 2015.
The record date is on December 23.
The Trustee of the Fund has reported net income of BDT 250.91 million for the year ended on September 30, 2015.
The Trustee of the Fund has also reported earnings per unit of BDT 0.81, net asset value (NAV) per unit of BDT 11.28 on the basis of market price, while NAV per unit of BDT 11.37 on the basis of cost price and net operating cash flow per unit (NOCFPU) of BDT 0.30 for the year ended on September 30, 2015 as against BDT 0.69, BDT 10.98, BDT 11.34 and BDT 0.32 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the units of the fund today following its corporate declaration.
