Marico declares 150% interim cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Marico Bangladesh Ltd has declared interim 150% cash dividend for the year ending on 31st March 2014, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 417.20 million, EPS of BDT 13.25, NAV per share of BDT 113.42 and NOCFPS of BDT 22.19 for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2013. Record date for entitlement of interim dividend: 04.08.2013.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company on Wednesday.
