Meghna Life Ins recommends 30% cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Meghna Life Insurance has recommended 30% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Monday.
Date of AGM: 04.07.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: “Muktijoddha Smrity Auditorium” Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, 160/A, Kakrail VIP Road, Dhaka. Record Date: 11.06.2013.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
