Mercantile Bank recommends 15pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Mercantile Bank has recommended 7.0 per cent cash dividend and 8.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 27, 2013 at 11am at ‘Winter Garden’ at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel, Dhaka. Record date: 27.03.2013.
The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 2.24, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 17.92 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 8.81 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
