Mercantile Ins recommends 12% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Mercantile Insurance has recommended 12 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

Date of AGM: 26.06.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Multipurpose Hall, Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, 160/A, Kakrail, Dhaka. Record date: 08.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.71, NAV per share of BDT 16.24 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.76 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
