Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - A term loan agreement for BDT 100 million was signed between Midas Financing Limited and LankaBangla Securities Limited in the city recently, a press statement said.
As per the agreement, Midas Financing will disburse the loan to LankaBangla Securities.
Midas Financing is a listed non-banking financial institution (NBFI) while LankaBangla Securities remains the top broker in both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
LankaBangla Securities is a subsidiary of LankaBangla Finance, a leading NBFI.
