Month long Islamic Book Fair begins in Dhaka

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– A month long Islamic Book Fair, organized by Islamic Foundation, began on the south premises of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital Dhaka on Wednesday.

Religious Affairs Secretary Kazi Habibul Awal inaugurated the fair, which was arranged on the occasion of Amar Ekushey February and International Mother Language Day and Eid-e-Miladunnabi.

A total of 53 stalls have been set up in the fair. The fair will remain open from 10am to 8:30pm (local time) everyday, the organizers said.
