Moon sighting body meets Friday to decide day of Eid-ul-Azha

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The National Moon Sighting Committee will meet at Islamic Foundation conference room at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in Dhaka on Friday to decide the day of holy Eid-ul-Azha.

The committee will take the decision after reviewing reports on the appearance of the moon of Jilhaj month of Hizri 1432.

People have been requested to inform about sighting of the moon anywhere in the country over phone or fax at the following numbers: 9559493, 9559643, 9555947, 9556407, 9558337, fax – 9563397.
