MP Spinning to float 3.0 million shares

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– BRAC EPL Investments Limited has recently signed an agreement with MP Spinning Mills Limited for providing Issue Management and Corporate Advisory service for the forthcoming IPO of the company.

MP Spinning Mills Limited is a yarn manufacturing company operating in the country since 2008. The company is planning to issue 3.0 million ordinary shares of BDT 10 each through IPO under fixed price method.

Khaled Y. Farazi, Managing Director & CEO of BRAC EPL Investments Limited and Mr. Ratan Kumar Datta, Managing Director of MP Spinning Mills Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
