Mutual Trust Bank approves 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd has recommended stock dividend @ 10% for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
The date of AGM: 29.04.2013, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Bashundhara Convention Centre 2, Block C, Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Baridhara, Dhaka 1229. Record date: 09.04.2013.

The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 327.87 million, EPS of BDT 1.29, NAV per share of BDT 19.00 and NOCFPS of BDT 15.17 for the year ended on December 31, 2012 as against BDT 404.22 million, BDT 1.59, BDT 18.93 and BDT 11.24 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2011.
