National Life Ins declares 58pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Board of Directors of National Life Insurance has recommended 20 percent cash dividend and 38 percent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.

The annual general meeting will be held on July 21, 2104 at 11:00am at the company’s auditorium in Karwan Bazar of the capital, Dhaka. Record Date: 03.07.2014.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company Tuesday following its corporate declaration.
