NCC Bank procures BDT 69.11 billion deposits in 2010

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - NCC Bank Limited procured total deposits of BDT 69.11 billion and its total loans and advances stood at BDT 63.23 billion at the end of 2010. 
This was disclosed at the three-day 'Executives & Branch Managers' Annual Conference-2011' of the bank at a hotel in Bogra Friday, an announcement said. 
NCC Bank Vice-chairman M Harunur Rashid MP inaugurated the conference as the chief guest.
NCC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Nurul Amin presided over the conference, while its former chairman Tofazzal Hossain, directors Ainul Kabir, Sohela Hossain and Sponsor MA Quasem were present as special guests. 
The bank's operating profit is 30.74 per cent higher than that of the previous year.
Expressing satisfaction over the growth of the bank in 2010, Mr Rashid hoped that the trend of success would be accelerated even further in 2011.
Mr Amin evaluated last year's performance of the bank and called upon the branch managers to work hard for achieving the target set for the current year.
