NCC Bank recommends 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of NCC Bank Ltd has recommended stock dividend @ 10% for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 27.05.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Bashundhara Convention Center-2, Block-C, Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka. Record date: 30.04.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 2.09, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 17.47 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 5.51 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
