Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Office hours of all the government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies have been fixed from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 15-minute break for Zohr prayers from 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday during the month of holy Ramadan.
Besides, Friday and Saturday will be the weekly holidays, an official statement said.
All banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, Bangladesh Railway, postal department, hospitals, state-owned industries and factories and other emergency utility service providers will fix their own time-table for the month as per their own rules and regulations.
