Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The offices of all newspapers and news agencies will remain closed on December 16 on account of the Victory Day, a press statement of the Newspapers Owners Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) said.
However, NOAB members desirous of bringing out their publications may do so under special arrangements, it added.
