Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- In accordance with the decision of the executive committee of the Newspapers Owners' Association of Bangladesh (NOAB), the members will observe December 16 as a holiday on account of Victory Day.
However, NOAB members desirous of bringing out their newspapers may do so under special arrangement, a NOAB press statement said on Monday.
