Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The Newspaper Owners’ Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) will observe holiday on February 21 (Thursday) on the occasion of Amar Ekushey (Shaheed Dibash and International Mother Language Day).

In accordance with the decision of the executive committee of NOAB, the desirous NOAB members can bring out their publications under special arrangement on the day, a NOAB press statement said on Tuesday.
