Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The Newspaper Owners' Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) will observe holiday on Monday (February 21) on the occasion of Shaheed Dibash-International Mother Language Day.
In accordance with a decision of the executive committee of NOAB, no newspaper will, therefore, be published on Tuesday, a NOAB press statement said on Saturday.
