Newspapers, news agencies closed on Saturday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The offices of all newspapers and news agencies will remain closed on Saturday (April 14) on account of Pahela Baishakh.

In accordance with the decision of the executive committee, members of Newspaper Owners Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) will observe

Saturday as a holiday on account of Pahela Baishakh, a NOAB press statement said on Sunday.

Therefore, no newspaper will be published on Sunday (April 15), it added.
