Nigeria confident of containing Superstar Messi

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Visiting Nigerian football team is confident that they will be able to contain Argentine Superstar Lionel Messi in their friendly at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Tuesday, Nigeria football coach Samson Siasia said in Dhaka.

“Messi is the best player in the world and I have a lot of respect for him but at the same time he has to play with ten other players. We will try to contain him as much as we can,”
Siasia told reporters on Monday.  

Nigeria came to Dhaka after a 12-hour plane journey, after winning their African Nations Cup qualifier against Madagascar in Abuja.
