Nine die in Northeastern Bangladesh after consuming toxic liquor

Sylhet, Bangladesh (BBN)- At least nine people died and four others fell sick after consuming toxic liquor in the country’s northeastern Sylhet district in last 24 hours till Saturday afternoon.
Of the deceased, six died after their admission to Osmani Medical College Hospital, while the rest in their respective villages, according to reports. 
Three more people died at different villages in the area on Saturday.
