Nokia introduces three more mobile applications in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Nokia has introduced three more mobile applications for its Bangladeshi customers to provide different services including stocks investment.

The applications, developed by Multimedia Content and Communications for Nokia, are "Weather Now", "Stock Assist" and "Scoreboard".

The features of "Weather Now" are real-time current temperature and weather update, Provides information on weathers of eight major cities of Bangladesh, four days worth of weather forecasts, options to check weather in Fahrenheit and Celsius and Storm, cyclone and other weather emergency warnings.

"Stock Assist" is a world class application used by many professionals around the globe.

It enables the user to get the latest update on their stock investment. For the first time, Dhaka Stock Exchange monitoring options has been included.

"ScoreBoard" is a board examination result checking tool for Bangladeshi students, attending SSC, HSC and equivalent exams.

Project Director of Access to Information Nazrul Islam Khan inaugurated the applications in the capital Dhaka on Wednesday.
