Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The 16th annual general meeting (AGM) of Northern General Insurance Company Limited has approved 15 percent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, ’11.
The AGM of the company was held in the city recently, the company said.
Chairman of the company Nasiruddin presided over the meeting. Directors SM Ayub Ali Chowdhury, Abdus Samad, Abdul Matin and Ferdousi Islam, managing director (current charge) Mohiuddin Ahmed and company secretary Sujit Kumar Dey were present, among others, at the AGM.
