Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The proposed NRB Commercial Bank Limited has been incorporated as a company with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSCF) on Wednesday, the bank officials said.
“We’ll submit the registration to the central bank soon seeking operational licence to start our businesses,” an executive of the proposed bank told BBN in Dhaka.
He also said the proposed management of the commercial bank is planning to launch their business formally within March this year.
The BB earlier issued no-objection certificates (NOCs) to five proposed banks including NRB Commercial Bank Limited for starting their business.
The central bank also asked them to get themselves incorporated as companies with the RJSCF as early as possible.
