Noakhali, Bangladesh (BBN)- The admission tests for the first year honours courses of Noakhali University of Science and Technology (NUST) for the 2011-12 session will be held on Friday at different venues here.
The admission tests would be held at eight different venues divided cluster wise, Vice Chancellor Professor AKM Saydul Hoque said, adding that the venues include school's and colleges of the district headquarter and NUST campus in Noakhali.
A total of 11,257 admission seekers have applied for the admission tests this year against 590 seats in nine departments under four faculties and eight units of the university, officials said.
The university authority has introduced Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Food Technology and Environmental Science departments this year, they added.
