Olympic industries to change share face value

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Olympic industries has decided to change of face value of the shares from BDT 100 to BDT 10 per share, an announcement said on Sunday.

The board of directors of the company has also decided to increase of authorized share capital of the company from BDT 250 million to BDT 1.0 billion.

It also decided to change market lot of the shares of the company from 50 shares to 100 shares subject to the approval of the shareholders in the EGM and the regulatory authority, the announcement added.
