Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Limited has approved 14 per cent cash dividend for the year 2009-2010.
The AGM was held in the city recently with its Chairman Mohammad Obaidul Karim in the chair.
The chairman stated that the net growth of the revenue and the profit of the company has increased by 14.50 per cent during this year and expects that this growth will remain consistent in future as well.
The chairman also informed during the meeting that Orion Pharma Limited (previously known as Orion Laboratories Limited), a sister concern of Orion Infusion, is also going to issue ordinary shares in the capital market under Book Building Method very soon.
