Orion Pharma recommends 40% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Orion Pharma has recommended 20% cash dividend and 20% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

Date of AGM: 24.06.2013, Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Orion Pharma Plant, Sumilpara, Siddhirgonj, Narayangonj (South Adjacent of Adamjee EPZ, Siddhirgonj, Narayangonj). Record date: 26.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of  BDT 6.02, NAV per share of BDT 82.42 and NOCFPS of BDT 18.97 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
