Spicy and crispy prawn pakoda

(BBN) - Prawns pakoda is very quick and easy,spicy and crispy,tasty and tempting appetizer.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup - shrimps/prawns, cleaned.
• 1/2 cup - onion, grated.
• 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp - green chillies, minced.
• 1/2 tsp - chilli powder.
• 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
• 2 - eggs.
• salt to taste.
• besan to bind.
• oil to deep fry.
HOW TO MAKE PRAWN PAKODA:
1 Chop the prawns finely. Combine with all the ingredients from onion to turmeric powder.
Beat the eggs lightly and add to the prawn mixture. Add salt and mix well.
2. Sprinkle enough besan to bind the mixture together.
3. Heat oil for deep frying.
Drop spoonful of prawn mixture in oil and fry till golden brown.
4. Drain well and serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup, according to bawarchi.com.
